Important things to note:
To be part of our displays and market on Appleby Line, our committee requires a copy of a simple rider on your company’s insurance policy covering you for this event (in the amount of $2,000,000.00) by August 29.
If you would like to sell food at the street, you must complete the Health Department Food Vendor Application and review your Food Vendor Requirements. Your approved application must be submitted before August 22. Questions may be directed to Halton Region Health Department team.
- 2025 Registration fees:
• $25 Non Profits Registration Fee (Until August 22)
• $50.00 For Profit Early Bird Vendor Fee (Until May 31)
• $100.00 For Profit Vendor Fee (June 1 to August 22)
• No Registrations or cancellations accepted after August 22. - Questions: [email protected]
All Vendors must have:
- Completed Vendor Registration Form
- Agreed to our Terms & Conditions
- Insurance Rider
- Registration Fee – paid by credit card during online registration
- Vendor Fire Safety Requirements Forms
- City of Burlington Green Vendor Agreement Form
- Completed Halton Region’s Food Vendor Application (if selling food)
