Important things to note:
To be part of our displays and market on Appleby Line, our committee requires a copy of a simple rider on your company’s insurance policy covering you for this event (in the amount of $2,000,000.00) by August 29.
If you would like to sell food at the street, you must complete the Health Department Food Vendor Application and review your Food Vendor Requirements. Your approved application must be submitted before August 15. Questions may be directed to Halton Region Health Department team.
Please note: We are not accepting political vendors in 2026
- 2026 Registration fees:
- Table/Tent Vendors For Profit Business Early Bird Vendor Fee (Until April 30) $50.00
- Table/Tent Vendors For Profit Business Vendor Fee (May 1 to August 15) $100
- Non Profits Registration Fee (Until August 15) $25
- Food Truck/Trailer Vendor Fee (Until August 15) $100
- No Registrations or cancellations accepted after August 15.

All Vendors must have:
- Completed Vendor Registration Form
- Agreed to our Terms & Conditions
- Insurance Rider
- Registration Fee – paid by credit card during online registration
- Vendor Fire Safety Requirements Forms
- City of Burlington Green Vendor Agreement Form
- Completed Halton Region’s Food Vendor Application (if selling food)

Full lane closure on Appleby Line from New Street to Fairview Street for the duration of the event.
